Yes. GCSE and A-level Computer Science in Wales are awarded by WJEC/CBAC rather than the English boards, and sessions are planned against that specification instead of a generic syllabus. That means the on-screen examination — where candidates write and test working code under timed conditions — is practised as an on-screen exam, not as handwritten pseudocode, and the programming component is treated as a piece of engineering with a plan, a test strategy and a write-up. Teaching is 1-to-1 and online, delivered by Michal Pilch, a CISSP-credentialled practitioner with twenty-five years in the industry, so the theory arrives attached to how the thing actually works in production rather than as exam trivia. Learners anywhere in Wales get the same session.

Sessions are taught in English. Welsh-medium learners are very welcome: subject vocabulary is cross-referenced both ways so terms you meet in class in Welsh map onto what we cover, and written notes can carry both.

Almost certainly. Sessions are audio plus a shared editor and screen; they run comfortably on a few megabits. If a rural line drops, the session is reconnected and finished, not lost.
